Aracın amacı

TOR Dijital, pazaryeri ve e-ticaret markalarına reklam yönetimi hizmeti veren bir ajanstır. Bu araç, kendi reklam hesabımızın ve yazılı yetki verdikleri ölçüde müşterilerimizin reklam hesaplarının günlük operasyonunu yürütmek için geliştirilmiş, şirket içi bir yazılımdır. Kamuya açık bir ürün, SaaS ya da yeniden satılan bir hizmet değildir.

Araç şu işleri otomatikleştirir:

Günlük performans raporu. Kampanya, reklam grubu ve anahtar kelime düzeyinde maliyet, tıklama, gösterim ve dönüşüm verisi okunur; özet e-posta ile operasyon ekibine iletilir.
İsraf denetimi. Harcama yapıp dönüşüm getirmeyen arama terimleri listelenir. Kesin alakasız olanlar (iş ilanı, kargo takip, şikâyet gibi) negatif anahtar kelime olarak eklenir; şüpheli olanlara dokunulmaz, insana raporlanır.
Çevrimdışı dönüşüm yükleme. Web formundan gelen ve satışa dönüşen taleplerin sonucu, tıklama kimliğiyle eşleştirilerek Google'a geri bildirilir.
Kampanya kurulumu ve bakımı. Kampanya, reklam grubu, anahtar kelime ve duyarlı arama reklamı oluşturma; teklif güncelleme; kampanya açma/durdurma.
Erişim sağlığı denetimi. Yenileme jetonunun geçerliliği günlük kontrol edilir, sorun varsa uyarı e-postası gönderilir.

Anahtar kelime araştırması için erişim talebimiz

Yukarıdaki işlevler hâlihazırda çalışmaktadır. Ek olarak KeywordPlanIdeaService ve generateKeywordHistoricalMetrics servislerine erişim talep ediyoruz. Amaç, yönettiğimiz hesaplarda anahtar kelime seçimini tahmine değil ölçülmüş arama hacmine dayandırmaktır. Elde edilen veri yalnızca ilgili hesabın kampanya yönetiminde kullanılır; dışarıya aktarılmaz, yayımlanmaz, satılmaz.

Erişilen hesaplar

Araç yalnızca şu hesaplara erişir:

TOR Dijital'in kendi Google Ads hesabı.
Hizmet sözleşmesi bulunan müşterilerimizin, kendi yetkilendirmeleriyle erişim verdiği hesaplar. Yetki her zaman hesap sahibinin kendi Google hesabı üzerinden verilir; sözleşme sona erdiğinde kaldırılır.

Hesap sahibinin bilgisi ve onayı dışında hiçbir hesaba erişilmez. Araç, kullanıcı adına hesap oluşturma, hesap devri ya da faturalandırma değişikliği yapmaz.

Veri saklama ve güvenlik

Kimlik bilgileri sunucuda web köküne kapalı bir dizinde, yalnızca root tarafından okunabilir izinlerle (chmod 600) tutulur. Kaynak koda, sürüm kontrolüne ya da istemci tarafına hiçbir zaman yazılmaz.
Reklam verisi yalnızca rapor üretimi süresince bellekte tutulur; kalıcı bir kopyası çıkarılmaz. Üretilen özet raporlar şirket içi e-posta ile iletilir.
Üçüncü taraf paylaşımı yoktur. API'den alınan hiçbir veri satılmaz, reklam ağlarına aktarılmaz, başka müşterilerle paylaşılmaz.
Erişim yalnızca sunucu tarafındadır. Aracın tarayıcı arayüzü yoktur; API çağrıları son kullanıcı tarayıcısından yapılmaz.
Kişisel veri işleme yaklaşımımız KVKK aydınlatma metninde ve veri güvenliği sayfasında ayrıca açıklanmıştır.

Politika uyumu

Araç, Google Ads API Hizmet Şartları ve Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım Politikası'na uygun şekilde çalışır. Özellikle:

Otomatik istekler makul aralıklarla ve günlük planlanmış görevler hâlinde yapılır; sürekli yoklama (polling) yapılmaz.
Veri, Google Ads arayüzünde görülemeyen bir biçimde birleştirilip üçüncü taraflara sunulmaz.
Reklam metinleri üçüncü taraf marka adları içermez.
Hata durumlarında yeniden deneme sınırlıdır; kota aşımına yol açacak döngü kurulmaz.

This page describes how TOR Dijital uses the Google Ads API: the purpose of the tool, the services it calls, the accounts it accesses, and how data is stored and secured. It is published in line with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Required Minimum Functionality / Acceptable Use policies.

Purpose of the tool

TOR Dijital is an agency providing advertising management services to marketplace and e-commerce brands. This tool is internal software built to run the daily operations of our own Google Ads account and the accounts of our clients, to the extent they have granted us access. It is not a public product, not a SaaS offering, and is not resold.

The tool automates the following:

Daily performance reporting. Cost, click, impression and conversion data is read at campaign, ad group and keyword level, then summarised and emailed to our operations team.
Wasted spend review. Search terms that spend without converting are listed. Terms that are clearly irrelevant (job listings, shipment tracking, complaints and similar) are added as negative keywords; ambiguous ones are never touched automatically and are reported to a human.
Offline conversion upload. Web form leads that become customers are reported back to Google, matched by click identifier.
Campaign build and maintenance. Creating campaigns, ad groups, keywords and responsive search ads; updating bids; enabling or pausing campaigns.
Access health check. The refresh token is validated daily and an alert email is sent on failure.

Access requested for keyword research

The functions above are already in production. In addition we request access to KeywordPlanIdeaService and generateKeywordHistoricalMetrics. The purpose is to base keyword selection on measured search volume rather than estimation. Any data obtained is used solely to manage the account it belongs to; it is not exported, published or sold.

Accounts accessed

TOR Dijital's own Google Ads account.
Accounts of clients under a service agreement, where the account owner has granted access through their own Google account. Access is removed when the agreement ends.

No account is accessed without the knowledge and consent of its owner. The tool does not create accounts on a user's behalf, transfer account ownership, or change billing arrangements.

Data storage and security

Credentials are stored on the server in a directory outside the web root, readable only by root (chmod 600). They are never written to source code, version control, or the client side.
Advertising data is held in memory only for the duration of report generation; no persistent copy is created. Generated summaries are emailed internally.
No third-party sharing. No data obtained from the API is sold, transferred to advertising networks, or shared with other clients.
Server-side only. The tool has no browser interface; API calls are never made from an end user's browser.

Policy compliance

Automated requests run as scheduled daily jobs at reasonable intervals; no continuous polling is performed.
Data is not aggregated and presented to third parties in a way not available in the Google Ads interface.
Ad copy does not contain third-party trademarks.
Retries on error are bounded; no loop that could exhaust quota is created.
